Jay Manning, CEO of Equisales, was formerly the General Manager for GE Aero Energy Global. GE Aero is a $3 billion business focused on the manufacture and service of aero derivative gas turbines used in power generation for industrial, marine and utility applications. As General Manager, Mr. Manning was responsible for GE Aero Energy sales for services and products worldwide.

Mr. Manning began his career at Stewart & Stevenson in 1979, holding positions in Purchasing, Contract Administration and Gas Turbine Sales. In 1989, he was appointed Director International Sales for the Gas Turbine Division and later to VP International Sales. After GE Power Systems (now GE Energy) acquired Stewart & Stephenson's Gas and Turbine Division, Mr. Manning was named Global Sales Leader for GE Aero Energy.

Mr. Manning received his BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas in 1978.

Ken has been in the transformer repair industry for over 30 years, the last seven with Equisales. Prior to Equisales, his responsibilities included engineering, sales, management and consulting. Ken is responsible for providing unique engineering solutions for fast-track and emergency equipment replacements, and then implementing those solutions. Ken is an active member of the IEEE Transformers Committee and holds a BSEE.

Dave brings Equisales over 30 years in transmission and distribution, utilities and private sector enterprise. Dave leads our sales and service business focusing on emergency replacements and time critical spare parts.

Dave was a founding member of Global Power Supply's Transmission & Distribution division, acquired by Equisales in 2010

Jeff Ricciardi has worked in the power industry for 18 years. Prior to Equisales, Jeff worked with GE Energy selling Gas turbines in world wide applications. Jeff has an MBA, BSEE and is Six Sigma Certified.

Don works closely with the Equisales' Leadership Team to initiate and develop products and services that complement the company’s existing offerings. Don recently joined Equisales from GE where he performed roles including North American Segment Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, GE Sales Force Effectiveness Leader and Renewables Growth Leader. Prior to joining GE, Don was VP Sales and Marketing for Programma Electric, a leading manufacturer of substation test equipment. Don was awarded a BS in Marine Engineering at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY.
