We are seeking an experienced technical sales candidate to fill a newly created sales position on our Houston Sales Team. This industrial products sales organization is experiencing significant growth and plans to expand their services offering within their already successful, experienced commercial team. Responsibilities include:

• Sales calls to industrial customers ... Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) power equipment, refineries, EPCs, power plants, engineering & construction companies, as well as general manufacturing facilities.
• Technical and personal sales and customer skills will assist our customers, many of whom are engineers, in making appropriate equipment selections.
• Electrical Engineering, Power Generation, transformers and similar industrial equipment familiarity.
• Participate directly in the direction and success of our business.
  

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably EE, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum five years experience in engineering design with a sales aptitude or technical sales experience.
• Outgoing and aggressive personality, ambitious, self motivated and success driven.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills are an absolute necessity.
  

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience with Utility customers. Transformer and electricial routing equipment experience.
