UD Douglas, John Johnson and Bob Moody founded Equisales Associates Inc. in Houston, Texas in 1992. Since then the company has developed a reputation as the go-to leader in fast-track sales, service and engineering.

In April 2007 TULCAN Private Equity (www.TULCAN.com) recapitalized the company, providing capital for its future growth.
