Mr. Girard serves as Managing Director of TULCAN a middle market growth equity buyout firm based in Houston, Texas. Prior to TULCAN, Mr. Girard served as Managing Director of Private Equity for Sanders Morris Harris (NASDAQ: SMHG) an investment-banking concern where he was employed from 1995 to 2000. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Girard was Director of project finance at Enron Development Corp. Mr. Girard earned a BA from Southern Methodist University in 1991, read International Common Law at Oxford University, England in 1989 and attended the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Executive Management at Rice University in August 2000.

William A. Anderson
Director
Mr. Anderson serves as a consultant to the Eastman Dillon Oil and Gas Associates, Limited Partnership, a limited partnership with approximately 125 partners and extensive natural gas interests in Kansas, Colorado and Texas, and as the Managing Trustee of the J. G. Puterbaugh Testamentary Trust, a trust with approximately 85 beneficiaries. In 1985, Mr. Anderson formed, and until 1996 served as Managing Partner of, Weller, Anderson & Co., Ltd, a full service stock brokerage firm dealing in U.S. and foreign stocks and bonds. From the start of his business career in 1963 through 1997, Mr. Anderson has held executive positions at Blyth, Eastman, Dillon & Co., Inc. where he became a Senior Vice President and eventually headed the energy division of the Corporate Finance Department, at ENSTAR Corporation, an oil and gas company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and also had responsibility for several sizable acquisitions, at Rainbow Pipeline Company, the owner of a natural gas gathering system and pipeline, where he served as President and a director, at Farmers Oil Company, an oil and gas exploration and production company, where he also served as President and a director, and as a founder, President and a director of HARC Technologies, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Houston Advanced Research Center). Mr. Anderson earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Elliot (“Toby”) Roosevelt

Mr. Roosevelt is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of RPM Metropolitan Partners, L.P. which he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Roosevelt previously served as a Director and then Partner in the private equity investment fund of Stephens Group, Inc. (“Stephens”), a private, family-owned investment firm. Mr. Roosevelt earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Roosevelt received a BA in Political Science with honors from Stanford University. Before starting his business career, Mr. Roosevelt served as a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force and United States Air Force Reserve.

Garland S. Tucker

Mr. Tucker serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Triangle Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to co-founding Triangle Capital Partners, LLC in 2000, Mr. Tucker and an outside investor group sold First Travelcorp, a corporate travel services company that he and the investors founded in 1991. For the two years preceding the founding of First Travelcorp, Mr. Tucker served as Group Vice President, Chemical Bank, New York, with responsibility for southeastern corporate finance. Prior to Chemical Bank, Mr. Tucker spent a decade with Carolina Securities Corporation, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer until 1988. During his tenure Carolina Securities Corporation was a member of the New York Stock Exchange, and Mr. Tucker served a term as President of the Mid-Atlantic Securities Industry Association. Mr. Tucker entered the securities business in 1975 with Investment Corporation of Virginia. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and Harvard Business School. |
